Ingredients:
1 cup(s) butter |
1 cup(s) buttermilk |
6 eggs |
1/2 cup(s) flour |
2 pastry shells, unbaked |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
3 3/4 cup(s) splenda sweetener |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, sugar, and salt. Melt butter. Add to flour mixture along with eggs. Beat slightly with mixer. Add vanilla and blend. 2. Pour into pastry shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until custard is firm from center to edge and is golden brown. Cool. |
