very good with a cold glass of milk, i love it the next day the best.
Ingredients:
1.st. butter soften 3 eggs beaten
2 cups of sugar 1 cup buttermilk
3 tbsp flour 1 tsp vanilla
2 deep pie shells
Directions:
1. Put fork holes in the pie shells, pre-heat the oven at 350 degree. Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and beaten eggs. Beat well, stir in buttermilk and vanilla. Put tin foil around the pie shells and on topof pies, bake for 40 mins., then removed the tin foil on top of pie shells, then cook for another 10 or 15 mins., then let cool for about 1 or 2 hours.
