This pie is the perfect ending for a Southern dinner!
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup buttermilk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and flour, mixing well; add eggs, butter and buttermilk. Beat well, stir in flavorings.
2. Pour into pastry shell.
3. Bake at 400-degrees F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and bake at 325-degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes.
4. Yields One 9-inch pie.
