1 cup buttermilk |
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour |
4 large eggs |
1/2 cup butter (melted) |
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 cups sugar |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350^F. 2. combine the sugar, flour, extract, and eggs into a large mixing bowl and whisk. 3. stir in the butter and butter milk. 4. pour the pie mixture into the pie shell. 5. cook for 35-40 minutes or until the center of the pie sets and top is golden brown. |
