Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients:
2 cup(s) all purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1/4 cup(s) granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt (or regular salt)
2 large eggs
2 cup(s) lowfat buttermilk
Directions:
1. Heat nonstick electric griddle to 325 degrees.
2. Mix together until wellblended. Some lumps may be present.
3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake on griddle. Cook until bubbles form in the center of each cake, then flip. Remove once 2nd side is golden brown.
4. Serve with butter and/or syrup or fresh fruit.
5. For variations, add 1 cup of fresh, drained fruit such as blueberries, bannanas or strawberries.
