The old family favorite! What's better than a tall stack of buttermilk pancakes. topped with butter an syrup to start off your morning? Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour |
1 1/4 cups buttermilk |
1 tsp baking powder |
1/4 cup white sugar |
1 tsp baking soda |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Preheat a skillet over a medium heat. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and puree until the batter becomes smooth. 2. Pour onto the griddle, to create 5 pancakes. Flip when the edges harden then cook on other side, for same amount of time, until they become golden brown. |
