1 cup buttermilk |
1 egg, room temperature |
3 tablespoons butter, melted |
3/4 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
Directions:
1. Mix together the flour, salt and baking soda. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the buttermilk, egg and melted butter. 3. On a hot greased griddle, use about 3 tablespoons of batter for each pancake. |
