don't know where I got this but my kids won't have a sleepover unless I promise to make this in the morning. That also means if they sleep at the neighbours, they all come to my house for breakfast. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 teaspoons sugar |
2 cups buttermilk |
2 eggs, slightly beaten |
Directions:
1. Stir dry ingredients together in a bowl. 2. Measure the milk and add the eggs to the milk. 3. Pour wet into dry and mix. 4. Some lumps okay. 5. Cook on nonstick griddle. 6. Flip when bubbles appear. 7. I use approximately 1/4 cup batter per pancake. |
