2 eggs |
1 1/2 cups buttermilk |
2 teaspoons butter, melted |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1/3 cup flour |
1/2 cup rolled oats |
3/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1 pinch salt |
3 tablespoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs lightly with buttermilk and butter. 2. In a separate bowl, combine rest of the ingredients. Stir to mix well. 3. Whisk egg mixture into flour mixture just until combined. |
