From Handly Methodist Church Cookbook Ingredients:
1 (7 ounce) elbow macaroni |
6 eggs, well beaten |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
2 1/2 cups buttermilk |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients.. 3. Mix throughly and pour into a buttered 2 quart casserole dish. 4. Bake in 350 deg. oven for 45 minutes. |
