this sound like a good recipe for mac and cheese. Ingredients:
6 eggs |
3 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
2 1/2 cups buttermilk |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 (7 ounce) package elbow macaroni, cooked and drained |
Directions:
1. in a large bowl, beat the eggs. 2. stir in the cheese, buttermilk, butter and salt. 3. add the cooked macaroni and mix well. 4. pour into a greased 13 inches x 9 inch x 2 inch baking dish. 5. bake uncovered, at 350 degrees, for 45-50 minutes or until a thermoneter reads 160 degrees. |
