Ingredients:
1/2 cup buttermilk |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme |
1 tablespoon chopped chives |
1 small clove garlic, minced |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise and olive oil vigorously until smooth. Whisk in vinegar, parsley, thyme, chives and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. |
