Buttermilk Fudge Ice Cream |

Note: This recipe is for a 1-quart machine. Double or triple ingredients if needed for your machine. I have not made this recipe. Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar |
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa |
3/4 cup milk |
2 2/3 cups buttermilk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. In saucepan, combine sugar and nonsweetened cocoa; add milk and heat. 2. Stir until sugar dissolves. 3. Cool. 4. Beat smooth buttermilk and vanilla. 5. Combine with chocolate milk. 6. Chill and stir freeze. |
