Buttermilk Fried Corn

Ingredients:
3 cups corn kernels, fresh
2 1/4 cups buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
corn oil
Directions:
1. Stir together corn and buttermilk and let sit 30 minute and drain.
2. Mix together remaining ingredients (except oil) in zip top bag.
3. Add corn and shake.
4. Pour 1 of oil in frying pan and preheat to 350°F.
5. Fry in small batches for 2 minutes until golden.
6. Drain on paper.
