Melt in your mouth dumplings!! Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
4 teaspoons sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup buttermilk |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients. Set aside. 2. Combine eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter. 3. Stir liquid ingredients into dry ingredients to form a stiff batter. 4. Drop tablespoons into simmering stew. 5. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. |
