Make sure to use a premium quality buttermilk with whole milk and cultures as the only ingredients listed. Ingredients:
1/2 cup buttermilk |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon chopped shallot |
1/2 teaspoon chopped chives |
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley leaves |
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves |
1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the ingredients. Chill for 1 hour. May be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week. |
