3 cups cornmeal |
3 eggs |
2 1/2 cups buttermilk |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. BUTTER 10-12 cast iron skillet. 3. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. 4. Pour in skillet and bake 45 minutes. 5. Yum! Yum! |
