You can lighten this recipe by using nonfat buttermilk and light mayonnaise. Ingredients:
3/4 cup buttermilk |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives |
1 tablespoon minced green onion |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk together all ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to use. Dressing may be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days. |
