Buttermilk Bran Muffins

These muffins are very good and also healthy. They have no sugar and lots of fiber. I also have made them using a no gluten flour and they are just as good.
Ingredients:
2 cups natural bran
1 cup whole wheat flour or 1 cup gluten-free flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup unsulphured molasses
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup buttermilk
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients( first 7 items). Mix together in a bowl(egg, buttermilk, molasses, buttermilk, and bananas. Add the wet ingredients to dry ones and stir only until all ingredients are moist. Fill greased muffins tins 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
