A creamy pie with butterfingers and a hint of peanut butter and chocolate. Makes 2 pies. Ingredients:
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened |
1 pint heavy whipping cream |
4 tbsp. sugar |
2 butterfingers bars |
1/4 c. peanut butter. |
magic shell topping |
2 graham cracker pie crusts |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until softened. 2. Add whipping cream and beat until thick and fluffy. 3. Add sugar and mix. 4. In a food processor, chop Butterfingers bars into tiny pieces. 5. Add 3/4 of Butterfingers pieces to cream mixture and mix. 6. Pour cream mixture into pie shells. 7. Drizzle magic shell topping over pies, then sprinkle reserved butterfingers pieces over pies. 8. Refrigerate until magic shell is set or until ready to serve. |
