These are very simple to prepare, but taste so wonderful. Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup butter (no substitutions) |
2 1/4 cups packed brown sugar |
3 eggs |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
4 butterfinger candy bars, crushed |
Directions:
1. Set oven to 350 degrees Grease a 13 x 9 baking pan In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer at medium speed, combine butter and brown sugar; beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth; stir in flour mixture and 1 cup of crushed Butterfinger bars Spread mixture into a prepared baking pan; sprinkle with remaining crushed Butterfinger candy bars over top of batter Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until done Cool, cut into bars Note: if desired, more than 4 candy bars may be used. |
