Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds zucchini, cleaned |
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted |
1/4 teaspoon onion juice |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Cut zucchini into 1/4-inchthick slices. Place in a medium saucepan with boiling salted water to cover. Cook 10 minutes or until zucchini is tender. Drain well. 2. Transfer zucchini to a serving bowl. Combine butter and onion juice; pour evenly over zucchini. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve immediately. |
