2/3 cup water |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons unsalted butter |
1 pound frozen peas (3 1/2 cups) |
Directions:
1. Bring water, onion, and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil in a heavy medium saucepan, then cook over medium heat, covered, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 5 minutes. 2.
