Ingredients:
1 medium onion, finely chopped |
1/4 cup butter or margarine |
2 cups shelled fresh green peas, cleaned (about 2 pounds unshelled) |
1/2 head lettuce, shredded |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Sauté onion in butter in a medium saucepan until tender. Add peas, lettuce, and chicken broth. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until peas are tender. |
