Ginger is gently simmered in butter with green onions, garlic and Parmesan cheese. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1/4 cup grated fresh ginger root |
1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic |
1/2 cup chopped green onions |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 dash red pepper flakes |
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in ginger, garlic, green onions, basil, black pepper and red pepper flakes; cook for 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until well blended. |
