A side dish for almost every meal! It's simple, easy and fast to cook. Ingredients:
15 ounces whole kernel corn |
1 medium carrot, cut into small cubes |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 small onion (chopped) |
salt |
ground pepper |
Directions:
1. In a frying pan, melt butter in medium heat. 2. Add the carrot cubes and cook for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add onion, corn, salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes. |
