Buttered Baby Carrots and Sweet Peas |

Easy, quick to put together veggie side dish. Goes well with any main course. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups baby carrots, halved lengthwise |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 1/2 cups frozen peas |
2 tablespoons water |
1 teaspoon sugar |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, saute carrots in butter for 5 minutes. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients. 3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are done. |
