I created this recipe when I worked as a bartender. It's for those of us with a sweet tooth. Ingredients:
4 fluid ounces light cream |
1 fluid ounce creme de cacao |
1 fluid ounce butterscotch schnapps |
1/4 cup crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Fill a brandy snifter (or medium sized glass) with crushed ice. Pour in the cream, creme de cacao, and butterscotch schnapps. |
