Delicious buttercream icing for your cakes & bakes. Shortening or margarine can be used instead of butter if desired. Ingredients:
75 g butter |
175 g icing sugar |
1 tbsp vanilla extract |
2 tbsp whole milk |
Directions:
1. Add butter that has been sitting at room temperature to a large bowl containing the icing sugar. 2. Beat until light and fluffy. 3. Add the vanilla extract and the milk and beat once again to mix it all together. |
