Makes enough to fill and frost 2-layer cake, 13x9x2-inch sheet cake or 24 cupcakes. I love this Frosting!
Ingredients:
1 lb. pkg. confectioners sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
3 -4 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
1. Combine in large bowl, with mixer at low speed,
2. confectioners sugar, butter,milk and vanilla.
3. Beat at medium speed 1-2 minutes until creamy.
4. If desired, add more milk until frosting is spreading consistency..
5. Makes enough to fill and frost 2-layer cake,
6. 13x9x2-inch sheet cake or 24 cupcakes.
