We went to the annual Yule Ball at the Middle East club in Cambridge, Ma and I had their version of a Butterbeer. Oh my god! It is so good. But go easy on them, they sneak up on you. Ingredients:
2 ounces vanilla vodka |
2 ounces butterscotch schnapps |
1 ounce cream soda |
ice cube |
Directions:
1. Add ice cubes to tall glass.
2. Add vodka.
3. Add schnapps.
4. Add soda.
5. Enjoy and drink responsibly.
6. I used ounce measurement because this site doesn't accept parts as a valid measure. But basically, it's equal parts vodka and schnapps to half as much soda. You can adjust the soda for a less strong version.
