1/4 cup butter |
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
3 large eggs, beaten |
1 cup sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. You'll need a coffee cake dough Coffee Cake Dough. 2. Melt butter, add sugar, beaten eggs, sifted dry ingredients and vanilla. 3. Spread on dough after it has risen. 4. Bake at 375° for 40-45 minutes or until done. 5. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar. |
