Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3 large eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. You'll need a coffee cake dough Coffee Cake Dough.
2. Melt butter, add sugar, beaten eggs, sifted dry ingredients and vanilla.
3. Spread on dough after it has risen.
4. Bake at 375° for 40-45 minutes or until done.
5. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
