4 slices bread, crust removed |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup butter or margarine |
1 clove garlic, minced |
Directions:
1. Cut bread slices into 3/s-inch cubes. Combine oil, butter, and garlic in a small skillet; place over medium heat. Drop bread cubes into hot oil mixture, and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain. |
