                                                1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine  |  
                                                1 cup all-purpose flour  |  
                                                1/3 cup white sugar  |  
                                                2 eggs, beaten  |  
                                                1 cup brown sugar  |  
                                                2 tablespoons flour  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon baking powder  |  
                                                1 pinch salt  |  
                                                3 tablespoons corn syrup  |  
                                                1 1/2 cups seedless raisins  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. BASE: Blend together and spread inot 8x8-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes in 350F oven. 2. FILLING: Spread over base mixture, and bake 350F oven for 25 minutes.
