I love butter tarts, but when im in a hurry I will make this. Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour |
3 tablespoons icing sugar |
3/4 cup margarine |
3 beaten eggs |
2 cups brown sugar |
1/2 cup melted butter |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 1/2 cups raisins |
Directions:
1. For the base cut together with pastry blender. 2. Pat into a 9x 13 in pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. 3. For the topping mix all ingredients together and pour over base. 4. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. |
