this I found in My Moms recipe box. Ingredients:
1 cup margarine |
1/2 cup icing sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup raisins |
1/4 cup margarine |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 cup flour |
1 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Cream margerine and sugar. 2. Blend in flour. 3. Put into 8x8 inch cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. 4. Combine all remaining ingredients and place in microwave for 2 minutes. 5. Stir and continue for another 2 minutes. 6. Pour on base. 7. Bake at 350 degreees until set but not dry, about 10 minutes. |
