Very much like a butter tart only easier to make! This recipe comes from a communitee cookbook. Ingredients:
1/2 cup soft butter |
1 cup flour |
2 tablespoons icing sugar |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup melted butter |
2 beaten eggs |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Mix base ingredients and press into 8 pan. 2. Mix raisin mixture and pour over base. 3. Bake 350 for 30-40 minute. |
