Made for health freaks who like oats and are trying to get more fiber. Tastier cookies without all the bad stuff in it! Ingredients:
125 g butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla essence |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1 egg |
1 1/2 cups rolled oats |
1/4 cup walnuts |
3/4 cup self raising flour |
Directions:
1. Mix butter, essence, sugar and egg till smooth. 2. Mix in the rest. 3. Shape 2 teaspoon of stuff into small balls on to greased platter. 4. Bake in oven, moderate heat for 12 minutes. |
