Butter Preparation for a Pheasant (Or Any Bird for That Matter)

To help stop those little pheasants drying out can be used on any birdies though
Ingredients:
6 slices streaky bacon
28 g sage
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
Directions:
1. in a food processer zap zap the butter, sage and olive oil into a spreadable paste.
2. spread all over your poultry, top with the rashers of bacon, poroceed with roasting as per your recipe and weight of bird.
