This is a recipe I copied years ago. Yet to make. Ingredients:
1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
14 ounces condensed milk |
1/2 cup water |
1 teaspoon rum extract |
Directions:
1. Saute pecans in butter in a saucepan until lightly browned. 2. Add condensed milk and water, stirring until blended. 3. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. 4. Remove from heat; stir in rum extract. Let cool. |
