Perfect for brunch. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups self rising flour |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 egg |
3/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, pecans, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl; set aside. 2. Mix together egg, milk, butter, and vanilla; add all at once to flour mixture. 3. Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. spoon into greased muffin pan, filling 2/3 full. 4. Bake at 400*F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. |
