Elegant and easy frozen treat. Love to make this. Ingredients:
2 c graham cracker crumbs |
1/2 c butter,melted |
2 c milk |
1 pkgs.(3.4 oz ea) instant vanilla pudding |
1 qt. butter pecan ice cream,softened |
1 carton (8oz) frozen whipped topping |
2 heath bar candy bars(1.4 oz ea.),crushed |
Directions:
1. Combine cracker crumbs and butter;press into a 10 x 9 dish. Chill 2. In large bowl,whisk the milk and pudding mixes for 2 mins. Let stand 2 mins or till soft-set. fold in ice cream and whipped topping. Spoon over crust. Sprinkle with candy. 3. Freeze at least 2 hours. remove from the refrigerator 20 mins before serving. |
