These crisp shortbread-like cookies are wonderful with a cup of coffee. Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter (softened) |
3 1/2 ounces butterscotch pudding mix |
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup pecans (chopped) |
Directions:
1. Ceam butter and pudding mix. Gradually beat in flour. FOld in pecans. Roll into 1 1/2 balls. 2. Place 2 apart on greased baking sheets; flatten to 1/2 with greased glass. 3. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-13 minutes or until light golden brown. 4. Remove to wire racks. |
