This is another one passed on to my by my MIL. Ingredients:
1/2 cup banana, mashed |
1 box yellow cake mix |
1 box instant butter pecan pudding mix |
4 eggs |
1 cup water |
1/4 cup oil |
1/2 cup nuts, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon milk, heated |
1 cup confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix first 7 ingredients.
2. Beat 4 minutes bake 350* 50 minutes.
3. Top with mixture of last 2 ingredients.
