Butter-mushroom Stuffing

Ingredients:
2 cups butter
2 cups chopped celery (stalks and leaves)
1 cup minced onion
3 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
14 cups dry bread cubes
1/4 cup chopped parsly
1 tablespoon sage
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large heavy skillet. Add celery, onions and mushrooms; cook until onions are yellow, stirring occasionally.
2. Stir in some bread cubes; repeat, stirring to prevent browning.
3. Combine with remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Toss lightly. Cool and pack loosely into turkey.
