Simple little muffins Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream |
1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, melted |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients just until blended. Spoon batter into lightly greased miniature muffin pans, filling to the top. 2. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. |
