An easy candy to make. Ingredients:
1/4 cup soft margarine |
2 tablespoons evaporated milk |
1 teaspoon butter flavor extract |
2 cups powdered milk |
2 cups cornstarch |
1 cup diabetic sugar substitute |
Directions:
1. Combine powder sugar ingredients in blender. 2. Whip until powdered. 3. Yields 4 cups. 4. Cream margarine,milk and butter flavor. 5. Stir in 1 cup sugar replacement. 6. Knead til smooth. 7. Roll in small marble size balls. 8. Press each ball firmly into candy mold. 9. Unmold onto waxed paper. |
