1/2 cup chopped fresh thyme |
1/2 cup diced whole wheat bread |
3/4 cup butter, cut into cubes |
1/4 cup parsley |
1 pinch salt |
12 medium oysters, shucked (in the shell) |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, pulse thyme, bread, butter, parsley and salt until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. 2. Spread butter mixture over entire surface of each oyster. 3. Place oysters on a rimmed baking sheet and broil until crust is golden brown, about 2 minutes. Serve hot. |
