Ingredients:
3 cups ham stock
1 ounce butter
1 cup mashed potatoes
5 tablespoons cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
1. Heat broth in medium sized saucepan on medium heat.
2. Add butter, stir, and let melt.
3. Add mashed potatoes, whisk to combine.
4. Add cream cheese and stir.
5. Boil, stirring frequently, until mashed potatoes and cream cheese have dissolved.
6. Remove from heat, whisk in milk.
