I like the recipe because it easy. I got this from my old kitchen book I found in the basement. Ingredients:
2 cups butter |
3 cups all-purpose flour |
1 1/4 cups sugar |
1/8 teaspoon baking soda |
Directions:
1. Soften the butter with beaters. 2. Mix the all-purpose flour, sugar, and baking soda, in with the softened butter. 3. Spray your baking pan with Pam or cover it with butter. 4. Fill up an ice cream scoop; put it on the cookie tray; flatten down a little bit with your hand. 5. Bake the cookies for at least 8 to 10 minutes. 6. Note: Another way to find out if your cookies are done is by taking a spatula and lifting the cookie up; if it is golden over the bottom it is done. |
